I had the pleasure of meeting Nancy Hoag after my house was on the market for 3 months not selling. I decided to ‘stage’ the house on my own but kept second guessing myself that I should have consulted Nancy in the first place. Everyone said the reason it wasn’t selling was not because of the inside (backyard too small, unfinished basement, no landscape…) - the house shows well. This may or may not be true but after 3 hours with Nancy, her professional attitude and years of experience opened my eyes to the possibility that maybe much sooner than later it would sell! We opted to have you coordinate and carry through all the work from helping declutter, to moving and storing, to repairs and staging, inside and out. We were so amazed with your being able to organize everything simply and quickly, while keeping within the stated budget. Most of all thank you for your patience and understanding. Your personal touch and calmness really meant a lot to us during a stressful period. You have been honest and straightforward while being sensitive to our situation, finding the balance to be patient and encouraging as well as driven and focused. The results speak for themselves, and even if we decide given our ever changing circumstances not to sell we just keep walking around the beautiful house with big smiles on our faces.
