Step 1 -  The Home Staging Consultation

• this is the initial meeting for suggestions and a to-do list

• we will discuss your budget

• how we can help you

• at the end of the consultation you will receive the 57 page CSP™ Room Ready Handbook, which is a  booklet customized for you and your home detailing cost effective suggestion and a to-do-list for the exterior and interior of your home (for Occupied Home Staging Consultations)

• we will measure the rooms of your home

• we will take before photos (if you agree) 

Step 2 - The Preparatory Work 

• completing the work required before Home Staging

• with the information from the consultation, you can complete the work yourself, or we can help you complete some or all of the recommendations.

• examples:  painting, repairs and minor renovations, cleaning, sorting, organizing, editing, storing items, etc. 

Step 3 - The Home Staging / Showcasing 

• after the "preparatory work" is completed, we return to your home and showcase the properties selling features and it's best attributes

• this includes: space planning, furniture arrangement, accessory placement (pictures, art, rugs, lamps, linens, throw pillows, flowers, etc.) and rental furniture, art & accessories.
