2.) The Preparatory Work
physically completing the work required before staging
with the information we gave you in the consultation, you can complete the work yourself, we can help you or we can complete the work for you.
examples: painting, repairs and minor renovations, cleaning, sorting, organizing, editing, storing items.
3.) The Staging / Showcasing
after the "work" is completed, we will come back and showcase your home
this includes: furniture arrangement, accessory placement (pictures, artwork, rugs, linens, throw pillows, flowers, etc.), and rental furniture & accessories (if needed and budget allows)
