What is True Portfolio and Why is it Important?

True Portfolio (endorsed by RESA - Real Estate Staging Association) is a Group of Professional Home Stagers which hold high regard to their designs and pledge to only display photographs of their own work in marketing material.

The True Portfolio model initially came about after a number of professionals, fell victim to "theft" by other Home Stagers claiming the "stolen" work was there own. Since the inception of True Portfolio another issue has arose; which is Home Stagers claiming Stock Photos are their own.

Stock Photos are photographs taken by professional photographers which they sell. There are numerous site on the web which sell Stock photos.

A Home Stagers who displays the True Portfolio logo vows that the Photos posted is their own and if they are caught will be banned from using the logo and will face the RESA (Real Estate Staging Association) Ethics Committee.
